Why? Because we’re focusing on quality, consistency, and community. Sunday mornings are the perfect reset — a chance to ground your body, clear your mind, and start the week feeling focused, strong, and refreshed.

Each session combines:


  • Wim Hof Method breathwork - 3-4 rounds

  • Guided 2-3 min Ice Bath in a gorgeous ocean front setting

  • Community connection & post-plunge glow
